"I wish to thank you most sincerely for all your efforts in promoting reading habits among the youth of today"

Donate books

ALL donations must be cleared in advance by our office to ensure that we have a need and the space available for the books you wish to donate. Please let us know, by sending us a message or by telephone what types of books you have to donate, how many (i.e. number of books/boxes of books/skids of books) and where/how you wish to deliver them so that we can determine if we are in a position to accept them.

We are very happy to answer any questions you may have and we thank you in advance for any donations you may make; the Book Project appreciates all book donations.

Please note

  • Private and small donors are responsible for all costs associated with delivery of books to us. If you are a representative from a large school system, please contact us directly regarding delivery arrangements.
  • We do provide a Statement of Donations for tax purposes. Please fill, print and enclose the Request for a Statement of Donations Form with your donation so that we can identify where the books have come from once they reach our packing room.
